Sessions

 All sessions use a combination of Massage Therapy, Lymphatic drainage, Dynamic Body Balancing, Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Unwinding, and Reiki Healing to create inner harmony and integration of the whole self. We will ease the mind and nervous system into a relaxed state so you may prepare for deep inner healing. Throughout the session, you will be supported as you move through chronic pain and trauma, heal inner wounds, release old stories and patterns, and ultimately relax from the inside-out.
