Sessions

 All sessions use a combination of Massage Therapy, Universal Energy Healing (Reiki), Dynamic Body Balancing, Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Unwinding, to create inner harmony and integration of the whole self. We will ease the mind and nervous system into a relaxed state so you may prepare for deep inner healing. Throughout the session, you will be supported as you move through trauma, heal inner wounds, release old stories and patterns, and ultimately relax from the inside-out.
Energy healing works on the subtle body which is inclusive of our mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Every session is a unique experience leading you to:

Our session will begin with a compassionate consultation, addressing your concerns in mind, body, & spirit. Looking deeply at the energetic body, we will determine areas of focus, although your entire being will receive care & attention during our session.
All that is required of you is to be open to receiving the energetic gift of healing. We are all on our own journey of evolving. As such, my healing sessions are customized to meet you exactly where you are.
