Amber Cotton

Ms. Amber Cotton is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Dynamic Body Balancing Practitioner in Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Unwinding, Certified Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, Polarity Practitioner, and Reiki Master and Teacher.

Ms. Cotton is a native Austinite and has a large family grounded in the Austin and surrounding areas.  In her early years she started her career as professional dancer, teacher and choreographer and studied Performing Arts in Los Angeles. Ms. Cotton received her associate's degree in criminal justice and Basic Police Officer Certification from Austin Community College and went on to pursue her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Concordia University. 

Ms. Cotton shifted from Criminal Justice and began her studies in Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Unwinding when her children were diagnosed with Non-Verbal Communicative Disorders, Auditory Processing Disorders, Severe Dyslexia, Anxiety, Autism and a Traumatic Brain Injury. The Craniosacral and Myofascial Unwinding techniques in conjunction with other holistic modalities played a huge role in the healing process for her family. With their outstanding progress Ms. Cotton became inspired, expanded her work and is now dedicated to helping others on their healing journey. 

Ms. Cotton and her family love Austin and are always on the go! They are constantly active and traveling with competitive dance and water polo with golf being a family affair. She finds her happiest moments are with her children, family and friends.
